Another busy day on the road for HGV Remapping UK.

This time we travelled to Cambridge to help a customer with a Scania R 450 that had a faulty COO7 Coordinator Unit.

After diagnosing the issue, we supplied a replacement coordinator, installed it, programmed it to the truck, configured the system, and carried out full testing to ensure everything was communicating correctly.

The customer was back on the road the very same day without the need to recover the vehicle to a main dealer.

Modern Scania trucks rely on the coordinator to communicate with the engine ECU, gearbox, dashboard, immobiliser and many other control units. When it fails, it can cause a range of issues including no-start conditions, CAN communication faults and multiple warning lights.
